We have a combo receiver (SRT 4915) that we hope, soon enough, it will be introduced to the Kenyan market.
Having said that, and to be sure we are offering the right product, kindly help us defining the specifications you look forward to find in such decoder.

Lovely, update-able software they would definitely have but would they want to the other part of your suggestion? I doubt. Even the patches for other receivers that have those capabilities do not come from them.with the introduction of dvb-t2 pay TV, I would very much like those receivers to have upgradeable software 'patch' so that we can be able to unlock the such of g*TV, b*MBA, and even the st*rtime terrestrials package.

The SRT 4915 by Strong Technologies should be power vu compliant & equally have VPN for data compression for IPTV. Also pls tell them to release power vu software for SRT 4950 series as they have done for SRT 4922 because we are still waiting!if the device is created to support patches; that's all am asking for. the rest will be done by wizkid and friends.

What I meant was Power Vu Keys software, thanks.PowerVu is a conditional access system which is meant to barr unauthorized viewing of the content from the broadcaster to the end user.
It should also support Web browsing not only YouTube,have bigger ram like strong 4950h
