just rescaned my4950h this morning overlooking thompsons falls ,dish 6ft prime fucus,lnb euro*

Hello Lagat and friends, I managed to nab myhd with a quality of 65% which i believe is about 70% on srt 4950h. am using a dented 2.4m pf and am located south of equator at Masaka in Uganda. What suprised me is that i can get Astra 2f and Myhd with one lnb. am considering sending someone to get me myhd card in Dubai. someone is already there and can fetch it for me. isnt there any other receiver that can manage myhd other than those given here earlier? if not then i need to buy someones humax that is no longer of use because AD is down. I surely need to know how many english speaking channels i can get here.

Hi, i didn't check if it has English audio but i found my daughter watching a channel with cartoons but i can't recall if it was cartoon network or ultra kidz channel. Will check it over the weekend at the village where my 240 cm prime focus dish is. I tried to nail myhd with 130 cm offset dish in Eldoret the all of yesterday in vain. I only get the sd frequencies of Aljazeera, Sudan and Libya packages. I think i need a bigger dish here. At the moment i only use the card to watch MBC channels on Nilesat 7W. Where is your location sir kindly ? What is your signal strength of myhd channels and dish size ? This sat is troublesome, very elusive indeed.

Interesting. I will try and see if I can nab it too. Currently I am only able to get Natgeo People (never knew it existed when I was "on the other side" i.e. before I contracted ASAS)

My finding on iDMAN with 130cm in Nairobi is that Fuji (SSI-T1100) seem to be the best so far, on a clear day it is stable from 5pm and cloudy day from 8:30pm

Ok at my location HD signals fizzle out at 0300 am !!

Check out a new channel AUSTRALIA PLUS on 4066 H 19850 Intelsat 20 at 68.5°E -C/Band.
It is totally in English on the same frequency as EWTN, CCTV 9, Al Jazeera

nilesat MBC using cccam, and others and multitv has a lot of movies too. for series I would say 7 a.

sure with 50% quality but the sad note is that they are scramble as at now but were there in the morning under the name HBB 665 and HBB 664 plus all the hd channels in that sat under that frq
