you buy it from local resellers or you can buy it online then load to a supporting box. Very stable on nilesat 7w but if you can nab hotbird you will enjoy to the maximum. Dqcam is very stable and cheap

Unzip the downloaded file you will get a .stb file. Select it and wait till its done. Factory reset the receiver when done.
