Hi Bat, just scanned that frequency now, and I do not get a decent signal, and no channels, yet I get all of the other Azam channels well. Are you still getting them, 6:30 am Wednesday?

Ok, so perhaps 12265 frequency was actually on SES5, not on Eutelsat - so not part of the Azam package, but part of Starsat? On my set up I cannot currently get a strong signal for both SES5 at 5 deg East and Eutelsat 7A at 7 deg East at the same time, am sure it can be done though.

Readjust your dish to face 6 East, that is, mid-way between the SES5 and Eutelsat 7A, and you will get the two on one dish. Well, this arrangement will compromise some quality on each of the two satellites. 60 - 65% quality is Ok.

Hello, My system crashes when I click the Program guide Button on My SRT 4922 with the 139P Update. Can anyone confirm this? Eutelsat 10deg E Kenya mux is only stable after evenings can anyone confirm if this is correct and compare to the Kenya mux on Nss12 ?

Whats the full TP for the feed? Lyngsat and flysat dont show it.

Its an occasional feed for live football coverage from Kenya..but just manually key in the freq.11058 Mhz SR: 14240 and you will get it

Hi you should not be having a problem with that set-up. Does your 1.8m dish have a dent, not on a straight surface? coz i have the same equipments as yours and i am enjoying 80% on the jsc channels and 75% on the cnns, press tva, bbcs, et all

I reside in the Diaspora part of Nairobi (Rongai)
Did you patch it with any of the latest software? preferably 132p, 135p or 139p? The update plays a big role too but i believe your dish is not properly aligned.

I patched my Strong 4922 with the 139p software today and the improvement in signal quality has been dramatic. I'm now enjoying 75% on the JSC channels, up from 61%. I'm hitting 73% on Cnn, BBC, etc.
Waiting to see how they perform in rainy weather.

After updating to 139p, my stb does not connect to orange ug yet others do very well when i connect the modem. Another challenge is that the APN cannot be edited. Any solution?

Has any forum member ever tried the universal Starlife twin lnb for prime focus? How is it as compared to universal Stargold fuji lnb? My experience with the single versions of both is that they are more or less the same. Can we say the same about the twins? Anyone?
