However 8ft is too heavy for a 12v actuator..
Especially if you want to lift it off The horizon from measat to is20 oftenly.

A 24 or 36v actuator can do better for long​

I think now I have to change the motor to 24v one.

Keep the 12V for a 6ft.
When you buy an 8ft, get a 36V​

Is anyone viewing this signal-3 channel on Eutelsat 10°E- C-Band that apparently shows la liga football?I do not see it on flysat but najmsat has it-http://najmsat2018.com/saturday-samedi/.Also can the IRIB package on intelsat 62e ku(specifically IRIB TV 3) be nabbed on a 6-footer?

Great but quite slow... Will get even slower when you load the actual dish..
Step up the voltage to hasten it a little bit .
But slow is also good for catching dim sats..
Am just the impatient type.​

Thats an Android satbox that mostly uses OSCAM. It does roll powervu via that method! Get to Freesat.cc they have got plenty of info and you can even open a thread and the guys are quick to respond.
But mind you that the GTC was made to favor Android users(Particularly superusers) who gain root and modi the GTC Firmware to get some goodies for free. For such guys, GTC is a heck of a beast. So you see it was 60% on Android and 40 percent on sat.


Given your interest is on pawavu, Had you asked before buying it, I would have told you to get V8pro2, this is the most latest and best GT MEDIA(FREESAT) DVBS, DVB T, ISDB T, DVB C, ATSC C Box.

This little guy in shape has multistream format covered in Hevc h. 265,
Powervu autoroll, strong 1080 and a sweet gui.

Not all! Their v7 and v8 lines are the hotest for stand alone. Particularly this V8PRO2!
Just released January, 2019. This is the real kicker!

Latest Freesat or GTC boxes are made with focus on IPTV ..and internet based services.
