The scammers can't even get the satellite name right? Is it Glint Sat or Belintersat?
Belintersat 1 at 51.5 °E.
"If only Nigerians know the kinds of fights TSTV has gone thru and survived"

😂
There are no "fights" if there were fights we'd have seen court battles already.

This is a new kind of scam in the satellite TV industry as I once highlighted here.

Promise your prospective clients heaven, temporarily hire a tp at a sat, go to China produce loads of boxes, come back sell them to your unsuspecting scammees.

Dissapear.

Champion TV did it
Nay TV did it
Bamba TV did it
Tstv is no different.

Add to that list GTV in Kenya in January 2009.....

Great thought. Only problem with mobile data offers; they're here this month the following month its gone. Not very reliable in the long run. In Kenya safcom can give you 2gb for KES 50 for an hour. But that happens when they want.
Airtel is your friend. Their offers are real. I have always donned red.

Is offset dish elevation angle the same as prime focus dish
No, pf is real ie points at the satellite directly but offset dish as the name points its offset ie doesn't point at the satellite. Therefore elevation angles are similar on paper but dishes will point differently.

These two pf & Offset dishes in my farm are probably trained at the same sat.

Elevation angle for both for a particular sat is the same for both.
Only that the way you're going to position each of the dishes to target that elevation angle is different for each type of dish.

You could still have two offset dishes designed with different offset angles and their positioning for a particular sat is still going to be different.

PS.
The typical offset angle for most offset dishes is around 22°. So take the elevation pointing for a prime focus subtract about 22° and find where (most) of their offset counterparts will point.
where can one get this type of dish
