I wanted to test-stream MAN U VS JUVE (through Samsung Galaxy Tab s2, to determine whether I can manage, if at all I'm gonna make an Android box a spare in my satboxes shelf, for such occasions as this.
So I loaded 1000 Tsh/ 50Ksh, and got 1GB to be used in three days time, besides minutes for calling and text msgs.

Prior that, I had 400mb so In total I had 1.4 GB when the match started. I decided to opt for standard resolution, not HD.

By Halftime, I checked the balance, voila, it's 1.25GB.
This means if I have an Android box and decide to just watch an important match in standard resolution, not HD, it would cost me only 300mb given that with 1000tsh/50Ksh I get a maximum of 3days. then there is a greater possibility of spending only 5000Tsh/250Ksh per month. Given that these matches are not being played/aired every day, only weekends, with like UEFA CHAMPIONS or EUROPA.
By the way, $0ny 6 and E$PN are airing Real Madrid vs plzen and Roma vs CSKA Moscow.

Great thought. Only problem with mobile data offers; they're here this month the following month its gone. Not very reliable in the long run. In Kenya safcom can give you 2gb for KES 50 for an hour. But that happens when they want.

Sorry the DW at 8w turned out not not to be the German News broadcasting channel.

That's bad news, and the way I would have been happy. Ever since Amos 5 disappeared, I have never been able to get all my favourite international news channels on a single bird. IS20 C comes near though.....

Yeah Even 4955 rolls them . Am not a football but a documentary guy so I had to shelve it for now an go back to my good old 4955.

Right one there is mutual, docus all the way....

These two pf & Offset dishes in my farm are probably trained at the same sat.

Elevation angle for both for a particular sat is the same for both.
Only that the way you're going to position each of the dishes to target that elevation angle is different for each type of dish.

You could still have two offset dishes designed with different offset angles and their positioning for a particular sat is still going to be different.

PS.
The typical offset angle for most offset dishes is around 22°. So take the elevation pointing for a prime focus subtract about 22° and find where (most) of their offset counterparts will point.

This tells me that the old donkey knows better, the way to the farm. Na usitupe mbachao kwa msala upitao.

No, the beam direction which dictates its elevation angle, on a pf dish is at right angles (90°) to the plane of the rim of the dish whereas that of an offset dish is as the name suggests at an angle which is set off to the side of the dish......
