I don't think its necessary to skew again. I usually don't! The only thing he will have to change is making a 90 degree change of the dielectric bar to make the picture appear in the screen especially for nyota times.

Those encryption keys expire more like antivirus software. If encryption subscription is not renewed in time, they default to 00000 and any box can go through.
