'am trying to add another lnb for 68.5e on Offset dish 90cm with lnb for 75e as parasite and main lnb for Bamba package. My location is Dar TZ.

..Combining 68.5 and 70 e is not possible. The sats are too close. You would need to sacrifice the 70e if you really need 68.5. or find a separate dish.
