i think we are on the same page. How you are communicating it is what is confusing. anyway 76.5 or anything beyond 68.5 should be practically above (on the upper side of) it on the dish

@drandonzero, the hardware components' screen snapshot of the rear panel in the DiGiSat DCL9800 HD did not match that of Tiger HD satellite receivers; this implies that the main-boards are totally different. At this stage it is also difficult to access the rs232 UART Loader compatible with the STB.

The only alternative is to conduct a search based on DiGiSat DCL9800 HD main-board chassis number. Kindly send a screen snapshot of the main-board revealing clearly the chassis number.

The "db.bin" file is 81.6KB and it is not an "All Flash file" . Press Menu key on the RCU >>>Tools >>USB Back-Up.
