Yeah also wanted to know which material is best for making homemade dielectric plate

Hello Ras Kush which dish size do you use to nab the TP 4095R30000 with?

, I use a very old 6ft. [heavy gauge] dish on the Eastern arc but in order to hit green on NSS12 @57 e, the trick lies in the di-electric plate. LNB is SuperMax vh777 @skew 2O'clock, di-electric is inserted in a Vertical position.

Under normal circumstances, almost all tps will pop-up but to hit green on the stubborn tp 4095h/ 30000 requires a special 35mm on the mark di-electric plate made from at least 7mm thick floor tile. I rarely use the ready made plates.

The SuperMax vh777 is a Secondary LNB, the di-electric plate is pushed all the way inside the throat up to the opening of the LNB on the mark. 4095h/ 30000 pops-up on Strong srt4950h with Signal: 58% & Quality: 32%/39%.

Initially this LNB position also hit green on Fana TV tp 3660h/ 1665 and Walta TV Test Transmission tp 3674h/ 3331.

2 O'clock position from behind the dish right? And by 35mm did you mean the inwards length?

Please if possible post a photo of the dielectric plate and the home made one

I also use an old 6ft and it flows in smoothly.
