These strong software destinations , which are given by the gurus, I don't understand them.. Like Jordan , Iraq,( qsat zip, royal zip, ) what are these.. We are used to ME... DUBAI ..

I have successfully installed v2.39 for Dubai in 4955 here in Kenya. I think designations " Dubai, Nigeria " etc refer to the region which is covered by beams in which the decryptable channels are. Eg if the s/w can decrypt 10 channels in a beam covering Ghana, they will name it vX.xx Ghana. Because decryption would be useless in other regions.

But still you can simply beat this and make the s/w useful to you by using a larger dish to receive the beam thus the channels

I caught them with a 90cm and a weak LNB very tricky though stayed on the roof till 10pm, but they have stripped the package down to basics. You won't find most exciting stuff like Nat G30 and Disc0very. Many are channels available permanently fta elsewhere.

Still worth the hustle

Managed to get Strength 75% Quality 92 % but the channels were still scratching! WTH!

Once saw an ad on a Kenyan daily for someone who could install an fta set up that can receive cnn, aj euronews rt bbc and all major news channels for kes 20K or $ 200 inclusive of equipment transport and installation.

I wondered how they were making a profit out of it. Considering to get most of those channels you would at least need a 6ft pointed at 8/7W that's kes 9k, a decoder cheapest 5k, high gain lnb circa 2k, cables o.5k, installation costs circa 1.5k. plus transport etc profit margin remains kes 1k or $ 10..

Mind you youll actually need at least another 90cm to receive some channels they promised like France 24. You can't find all on a single sat

You can very easily combine 7°W and 5°E on one 6’ pf dish.

Oh! Thats what they do. Someone said its next to impossible to combine two Sats more than 10Deg Apart. From 8W to 5E is like 13 Deg Apart.

the maximum you can combine is 22deg and it should be on a BUD and the beams strong.
