You mean ALL SRT 4955 HAVE THIS PROB, ?? .. IS anyone with SRT 4955 facing same problem? Please tell us.

I have this kind of problem when watching the "RAT" .. The sound/Audio reaches first before the Video..
Like when a goal is scored, you hear first the excitement and hoovering before you see the goal.. It takes about seven seconds to see the ACTION.. WHAT MUST BUT A REASON.. WHY ONLY ON THIS TP OF the "RAT"..The whole list there is so sluggish.. Receiver SRT 4955 .. Bought at ALPHA SOUND ELECTRONICS.. it has no problem with patching SOFTWARE..

I tell you SRT 4955 bought from Alpha Sounds have Issues. Mine too had mishaps but have learnt to live with them while looking for a better Receiver

I have both boxes.I was really disappointed by this srt4955.The following are issues

When key changes on mtn it displays scrambled for few seconds before opening again unlike srt4950m.

The image of sp24 is not stable as if is from iptv streaming.

Audio and video of sp24 are not synchronized as audio is ahead of the video.

Does not open tandberg channels.

The only positive out of it is opening K24@70E.

SRT4955 issues were spotted long time ago.

The Video issue is for all SRT4955 as i bought mine from Ghana a year ago and had the same issue since 2016.
