its scanning on 3740 v ,, so i put ident 3740,,,like the sony n the rest channls i put the ident on the samy way ,, i dont know what is the fault

Or you have two correct and same ident, but with different k*y. If so delete channel tp and ident & start afresh.

hi , i have a starsat 9797hd receiveron biss i have a problerm,, the moment i try to put the 2nd channel biss kes, the 1st channl on biss stop 2nd start,i cant open all the biss channels ,only 1 channel open on biss the rest stay scrammbled
