Have you ever wondered why Africa is not progressing? Here is the reason!

IMAGINE THIS! African Leaders At The UN summit. They started dozing after discussion on Developmental Aid. When the other delegates were deliberating on Energy and Power, the African delegates were fast asleep!​ <tbody> </tbody> <tbody> </tbody> <tbody> </tbody> When deliberating on Economic Development, the African delegates were still asleep! <wbr> When Food Security was deliberated upon, they were still sleeping. When Interest Rate on debtor's (African) loans was fixed, they were dead to the world! When they deliberated on Conflict Resolution through Dialogue, the African delegates were snoring! Alas...They only woke up to support motion for adjournment as well as sign the communique! Of course! they need rest: they worked tirelessly back home clamping down on their opponents and critics; they spent the night strategizing on the next move to subdue their opponents, and embezzle more resources.

Back home, airports were closed for hours before their arrival, motor-ways were blocked hours ahead, armed policemen stood guard 8hrs before their arrival. Rented crowds clamoured under the hottest sun to cheer them up...
