🔘 This is a generation where leaders cling to power, specifically in Africa countries like Uganda, Cameroon etc..

🤞 Many African leaders have clung to power for decades, often by manipulating constitutions, suppressing dissent, or staging compromised elections.
𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞 :

◾ Uganda’s Dictator Yoweri Museveni ( in power since 1986 ),

😕 Critics point to dynastic succession plans through his son, Muhoozii Kainerugaba.


◾ Cameroon’s Dictator Paul Biya ( since 1982 ).

Who changed the Constitution in 2008 removing term limits, allowing indefinite rule.
◾ At 93, he remains one of the world’s longest-serving leaders.

🔹 Some concerned Cameroon citizens allege that the spirits of this guy will take over just in case he waka...😂😂


◾ Congo’s Denis Sassou Nguesso ( since 1979 ).


◾ Pierre Nkurunziza ( Burundi, until 2020 )
Who also Extended his rule through constitutional changes and violent crackdowns.

◾ Tanzania's Dictator Samia Suluhu who is NEW in the game influenced by her counterpart 𝐃𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐌7

As an amateur in the club of dictatorship, she considered using the following tactics ;

🔹 Restrictions on opposition parties and political rallies.

🔹 Limits on press freedom and arrests of journalists, opposition leader Tundu Lissu on trumped up charges

🔹 Use of state institutions namely ; Police, Amy to consolidate power.

🔹 Continuation of policies from her predecessor, John Magufuli, that curtailed civil liberties.

These cases highlight how entrenched leadership undermines democracy and fuels instability.

➪ To make matters worse, following what's going in Zambia, under the influence of Tanzania you may wonder if these greedy selfish ignorant elders possess brain, in fact you may need to research if their Gods are not crazy

🔘 The so called Greedy selfish elders "old aged GOGO's & MADALA's" refusal to retire from offices

☘︎ Across Africa, many senior leaders, civil servants and other workers remain in office to serve by force into their 70s, 80s, or even 90s.

🐿️ A striking example is Uganda’s Gen. Moses Ali, who at 86 insisted on running for Parliament again despite public calls for him to step down.

📚 This implies that the old people of this particular generation prefer to rather die in office than retiring to give opportunity to the young people, and this triggers unemployment question amongst the youth .

Several African countries have adopted the use of Genetically modified ( seeds, foods & products ) under the influence of ignorance without considering the consequences as listed below :

🔹 Corporate control: Farmers often depend on a few biotech companies for seeds, leading to rising costs and reduced independence.

🔹 Seed dependency: 𝐆𝐌 seeds are patented, preventing farmers from saving and replanting them, which increases financial strain.

🔹 Economic inequality: Wealthier farmers benefit more from 𝐆𝐌 technology, while smallholders face higher risks and costs.
This in turn risks monopoly in farming and food insecurity or control within regions that may work as a catalyst in dependency which in actual sense turns the so called leaders of sovereign states into puppets if not Dealers in that perspective
