You might have missed a point in my comment. Why are all these appointments are happening to Tanzanians currently than happening to those african countries mentioned above?. Forget about the history criterial in your mind!

Okay,my point too is that we should stop fighting one another and bring together our synergies for the greater good. A strong Tanzanian military is good for the region as is that of Kenya or Uganda. We might soon be called upon to defend motherland over the Nile waters if the threats emanating from the North are anything to go by. Together we shall prevail. Don't you see this guys?

I can assure you this ranking is biased based on "Who is buying arms from us" Take it from ME. You have already failed flush out Al-shabab after staying there for more than a year. Remember JWTZ was able to liberate our land and the whole of Uganda within a year despite the fact that Idd Amin's Army was highly ranked
