The deceased has been identified as Kalyango Bob, a 53-year-old male who worked as a cleaner at Kabalagala Parents School and was a resident of Kibuli, Makindye Division, Kampala District.
According to Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokeswoman Rachael Kawala, the suspect has been identified as Farida Nakakande, a 38-year-old female and resident of Bwire Zone, Kabalagala Parish, Makindye Division.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the incident occurred behind Namayanja’s Bar in Bwire Zone.
