Kama alivyosema @ymollel una-install 32bit kwenye 64bit PC au 64bit version kwenye PC ya x86/32bit ambayo siyo sahihi. Itakuwa unajaribu ku-install kutoka kwenye removeable media kama DVD au USB flash driver. Ungekuwa una-install kutumia Internet ingeweza kucheki PC yako automatic na ku-download version sahihi ya mashine yako. Kwa sasa unatakiwa ujue mashine yako ni 32bit au 64bit ili utafute version sahihi.

Nenda kwenye my computer, right click then nenda option ya chini kabisa ya Properties.
