Why Magufuli administration misses the point on Government splurge

Can someone do a cost benefit analysis? How much did we pay for the new notes and whether forgery and or hoarding deterrence are really justifiable or are we devising means to fund the next election? Or the dearth of liquidity demands so?

This chit looks less revealing and more an insidious attempt to suppress the truth

You can see an attempt to manufacture and project positive news which seemly are implausible...
...

We are yet to know what happened to the Alibaba test kits

Have they been despatched to all government hospitals or snake their ways to private hospitals?

The US million where has it gone?

How much cash and other resources set out to combat this contagion are or are we really subjecting ourselves at mercy of divine intervention because we regard an array of infrastructure projects, goods and services acquisition worthy more than our lives?

If this is true then does it not constitute a certain high level of reckless disregard of human life? Just mulling, though

How many are in the quarantine designated cubicles and how are they doing?

Is there a first line of treatment or there is none

Is face mask mandatory in congested areas such bus stations, bus and train, boat, ship commuters, etc?

When your bread is buttered both sides with you and daughter eating where you did not sow then you can afford being a little bit dumb plaudit and adulatory just to keep your two parliamentary straws filled with honey and milk...

Since when democracy is adjudged by an appointed MP's self serving personal views or in money terms?

Since when our lives are monetized?

I thought the position of this regime Covid-19 was not an issue but now we are being bombarded with mixed messages...

Since when is a medical doctor in charge of construction works that he may be punished or threatened with a transfer when a superior is in anguish for legitimate or illegitimate reasons?

Since when a transfer is an offense or a penalty?

Where are government builders in the whole caboodle?

More importantly, how much madafu was earmarked for this makeshift hospice?

Without condoning the health dangers lack or insufficient ventilation poses to medical staff attending the Covid-19 patients we need to ponder is it appropriate to burden a medical doctor with construction issues?

Was he trained to solve construction problems or is he not trained to treat sick patients only?

Or is Covid-19 blowing out our fuses?

Most people fail to grasp a surge of abuses of civil servants by politicians is lowering the servants' work morale, their fealty to public service and that trauma may proffer a catalyst to undermining the very institutions they swore to serve diligently and with utmost fidelity...

Coronavirus responses in Africa wedge a gulf of preparedness and capabilities to fend off the contagion separating Middle income nations from banana republics

Only Kenya and South Africa are investing heavily to purge the deadly bug from their backyards but the rest have shown to be ill prepared to handle such gargantuan killing machine of traumatizing proportions

We may brag profusely "sisi ni nchi ya viwanda" but the truth has hit home we are not... Just a bunch of delusional individuals who are unashamedly to wear a mask of getting somewhere while we are going nowhere.

Almost no resources have been set aside to combat the novel coronavirus beyond cutting a benign atmosphere that it is not our concern or at worst it will evaporate so business as usual attitude has cemented itself

But nobody anticipates we are heading into an epicenter and we will soon begin to bury our loved ones in large numbers

Nobody is advocating even for homemade face masks to keep ourselves from its stealthy transmission

I have not seen a leader from any walk of life donning a face mask and most of our vocal leaders seem to be hiding possibly in fear of adding to its morbid stats

So let us cast away this lie we are an industrial nation and accept what we have always been since the creation..
A staunch banana republic without apologies

African Americans may be dying from COVID-19 at a higher rate. Advocates are demanding data.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/nati...ly-high-rate-post-analysis-shows/?arc404=true

Hiv and Aids more than any other underlying health issues is behind the deaths of Coronavirus victims sadly African Americans are more afflicted with those underlying niggles than any other race in America and it comes as a little surprise that they are three times in proportional terms than other races combined to succumb to the Covid-19

So, taking this fact into consideration, pedestrian South Africans are dead right to suspect a virus on top of a virus is Africa's worst enemy

Those with underlying health issues are three times more likely to die from coronavirus than those without because natural immunity is compromised and is incapable to fight the deadly bug...

So our Mr. Politicians may be downplaying the pandemic like the Chinese but he is more of a problem than a solution because he is malnourishing own people with the facts needed to fight the deadly bug

From hiv and Aids to coronavirus facts are either suppressed or distorted to portray a false picture it is not our problem while it has always been our problem

Many ignorant people on the street are treating Covid-19 as incapable of killing Africans so they don't take precautionary measures such as wearing a homemade face mask, handwashing, eschewing a benign handshake, social distancing, regular hands sanitizing among others...

It will be an act of supernatural proportion if Africa will survive this pandemic without decimating her immuno compromised populace

We say so because if African Americans are more ravaged by Covid-19 than any other race as a result of compromised immunity system due to underlying health issues then Africa underperforming on almost all health parameters like their brothers and sisters in America why should they fare differently is a query demanding no response but full acceptance we are a wreck train waiting to happen

Do Africans care? Yes, do we care about our own health?

We care not and the evidence look at our health care system whereof our Mr Politicians seldom receive medical care instead flee away to our colonial masters to seek and secure Medicare at our own cost..

Even our first president died in our colonial masters hospital confirming beyond reasonable doubt Oginga Odinga book titled "NOT YET UHURU" was spot on...

Funny enough, the deceased president own student justified bowing down to the British mental colonilization by displaying own folly when he retorted: "... Watanzania wasingenielewa kama angelilazwa na kufia Muhimbili.."

So St Thomas more honorable than Muhimbili is in itself a scurrilous affront to our collective intellect...

So dying at the feet of our colonial masters was more fathomable than dying home only help to comprehend the magnitude of mental subjugation is deeply entrenched than ever thought of...

Even the Russian dictator dabbled in the subject accusing African Mr Politicians debasing own land by converting it into a graveyard after failures of medical treatment in foreign soil..

What the French doctors said was Africans don't care about their health because Africans have 'no masks, treatments and no ICU' for coronavirus patients...They are too happy to cavort with the deadly bug because they don't care...

Is that a lie or the gospel truth and I was surprised to read a soccer legend Didier Drogba Twitter slamming the good French doctors of racism for merely stating the truth...

Drogba should first have refuted the facts stated, if he can, before jumping into racial bandwagon..

So we are learning now wearing a face mask is now a confirmatory test for Covid-19, but we know better.. It isn't!

The less I talk about this balderdash the better for all

Face mask main reason is to stamp out the spread of the transmission from a person to a person

But is not a reason to detain anybody for whatever reason and doing so is recklessness beyond imagination because we will be perceived discouraging the society from protecting itself from transmission dangers compromising ourselves to the deadly bug in the process.

And we are learning new nomenclature of the nuances to "huyu siyo mtoto, huyu ni mtu mzima and... na huyu siyo mtu wa makamo"

I remember some blogger always refers to Diamond Platinumz as "mtu mzima" could Ms Politicians touting the same meaning?.

I struggle to reconcile between Mtu mzima and mtu wa makamo... I normally place them in the same light but who said my lingua franca is anywhere near standard best...

I also perspire to accommodate some of Ms Politicians reasoning of a humdrum which surprisingly she dubs extraordinary matter... For members of EAC staying anywhere in the community for three weeks or more is it a felony attracting such hullabaloo? Then she mused why was he around after reporting loss of everything following theft but was it not a reason to hibernate and recuperate? Doesn't he need to pay a bus and bodaboda fares, but the cash was stolen so he didn't have the means to get back home? Didn't he need to compass the bus stand as he was pursuing the allegedly thieves? Ms Politicians did not make an effort to consult the police to see how far has the police been proceeding with their investigation on this complaint and whether his presence was a key to unlocking the matter.. Let him go in peace and without unnecessary fanfare, must enthuse...

Equally important, for anybody being in any country for three weeks and having been tested is it pertinent he follows the drudgery of quarantine... Is he not going there at a packed quarantine invalidated by its squalor aura to pick up the virus even if not having it?

Am very alive that in Siaya Kenya, a padre is facing similar circumstances but I still see no logic of testing after two weeks in a country.. The Kenyan pastor casestudy is distinguishable because the mandatory two weeks had not elapsed before he had faced the full force of the law

Coronavirus and its Covid-19 upshot refusing to be categorized in racial overtones so as Minnesota data tell us the number of blacks remain zero so far with whites and other races matching their proportion of racial numbers...

So we need to backpedal the racial categorization and stick with age, and immuno deficiencies as major sources of Coronavirus fatalities

Makes plenty of sense to eat a humble pie here...

Tanzania’s Leader Urges People to Worship in Throngs Against Coronavirus

Medieval European ideas of mocking death are back in circulation but as history teaches us standing against reality comes with untold human life costs defying our hopes and expectations...

The novel coronavirus is not satanic disease because Satan is a mere creature - and not Our Maker - culminating unto no creative powers to make a living thing so let us cease immediately from empowering and glorifying demons, kingdom of darkness and spiritual hosts in heavenly places.. Of more noteworthy, the scripture guidance against pandemic is quarantine not chest thumping..

We too in medieval Africa had our lion share of the spirit of tradition running amok.. Replete with outright lies, misguided dogmas and an attempted effort to glorify wickedness.. Of all a folly!

Kinjekitile misguided his followers in 1905-07 by shouting "majimaji" the German bullets will turn to water but now we know better, the live bullets spared no gullible as we lost that battle

Now over 115 years passed since that witch doctor Kinjekitile misled his gullible to their fatalities seem history has a way of catching up with our own manmade landmines..

While it is true the body of My Lord God Christ Jesus the only Amen is an antidote of all kinds of diseases but sadly we are not his holy body..My Lord God Christ Jesus the only Amen knew no corruption but we are an embodiment of corruption implying expecting the deadly bug to burn in hell fire before our sinful bodies is tempting God and the rewards are sadly death.. The scripture is clear those who hate wisdom, knowledge and understanding love death and there is no life in them...though they stride our universe.. Looks confounding to the unbelievers but to the believers that is the wisdom of God!

Seeing houses of worship identifying only hand washing as the only major means of Coronavirus transmission is another crucial evidence we are very ignorant of what we are up against...

While the disease is contagious so handwashing is a step in the right direction but this bug attacks respiratory organs and has three major means of entry to our bodies: eyes, nose and mouth... So being congested in a worship place notorious for poor or no ventilation while singing, breathing, coughing and sneezing or sniffling is a disaster waiting to happen..

We are fully aware that we are in the thick and thin of an election year but gambling with human life for personal political ends is the stature of diabolical sadism..

At last developing partners have flexed their leverage and it is time to bite a bullet and accept human rights are very universal

A statutory raped child cannot and should not be punished twice by being denied education which is her constitutional right enshrined in our Bill of rights so nobody and I repeat nobody will ever take it away from her under any circumstances

These images of Burundians treated like aliens in EAC are troubling and are a reminder EAC is still a talking shop with no serious attempt to bring federal government with unitary citizenship, common markets of labour, capital, money and unhindered movements of people across our already porous borders... From my childhood I have been learning the values of "kidole kimoja hakivunji chawa", not forgetting the first CCM tenet which states "Binadamu wote ni ndugu zangu na Afrika ni moja."

Time is nigh to put those noble aspirations into concrete actions we know it is a self serving political class which is holding us back as they strategize to land plum posts for themselves and their closest kin and concubine if I may whisper at your permission, of course..in the moribund EAC

One of the stealthy failure of this administration is to surmise and conclude the preceding administration appointees were inherently devious, accountability immune and graft prone but now we see the appointees of this regime are by afar worse replacement as scandals and scams are getting bigger, louder, bolder and incorrigibly out of control..

So the whole tactic of puncturing cysts, boils and tumors for the purposes and intents of reclaiming the stolen Tanzanian dream from economic saboteurs has really backfired henceforth the real problem has never been the purged individuals but the lopsided systems of governance churning out those individuals... Since the system of governance remains intact and protected it is the height of naivety to anticipate change of personality alone will unleash a new era of good governance and the rule of law we much drool for....

We were promised a new dawn but a handful of us from beginning knew it was just bluster, ad-hominem, self exaltation, dizzying distraction and very little substance worth of inking here...

Of more significance, a cult of personality has never been a deterrence against abuse of power and public office but it's a catalyst to that effect.. Because the checks and balances are suspended in a chimera of a truly African "big man" syndrome will right the wrongs of a society... Never happened anywhere in the world let alone Africa and catastrophic failures are a common denominator to all regimes which brandished a "big man" syndrome...

So the harsh reality needs to begin in earnest to sink in, despite carping to the contrary, we have no deliverer but a couple of its counterfeit masquerading as such.. They may bloviate they are a real deal, godsend messianic leaders but it is from those they choose to surround themselves with do offer a better lesson of who they really are albeit viscerally must add..

So "Tanzania MPYA" was a white lie and that gospel truth will never change..

To recapture our lost dream we need to revisit our constitution and its supporting statutes.

We need to accept representative democracy has been hijacked by mercenaries, carpet baggers and its lion share of hypocritical adherents to the rule of law... All of them nursing just one motive: ...to nibble without ceasing our state largesse...

And last but not least we need a self boomerang of denunciation: an African big man syndrome is not a panacea to a capsized African paradigm of development but its carcinoma.....And least we need to acknowledge and appreciate we have no humanely saviour but in God we trust....
