Is Museveni smarter election thief than CCM who were too afraid even to count votes? CCM didn't even allow polling agents in the polling stations and more than 50 disqualifications of opposition candidates in the parliamentary seats, too coward even to publish results at polling stations...

Few will question the margin of victories unlike here everybody knows there was no elections to begin with

But both Museveni and CCM were too afraid to ratify reputable international monitors because they were afraid of getting caught in the very act of stealing the elections
