Having Master Number 11 is not an easy deal. Most of the time it is like dealing with a complicated machinery. I have listed the general points and tips hope it helps you.

Key points:

#It is like having two persons inside you. Sometimes you are the most charismatic person and all of sudden you turn zombie. The one who inspired the crowd with his energy is all of sudden a dead battery. Basically you are like a pendulum that oscillates between the two extremes.

#You are old an soul, you have seen a lot of lives and you have come here to learn and teach.

#You become successful when you follow your heart and trust your gut instinct.

#In most of the cases you have a bad childhood due to this you suffer from insecurity, inferiority complex, anxiety. The first step is to forgive the abusive parent or the authority that abused you before and then start taking a new step for your progress. You cannot heal until you forgive.

#11 always tries to find happiness in themselves. they rarely get into relationships. their relationships are always a mixed bag, they are too sentimental or suddenly they become a cold turkey. They are confused with the zorba and budha in them. So sometimes they want to be detached and be like a monk or they become too emotionally attached with the people or overstimulate themselves with pleasure.

#They are considered as arrogant/ people with wrong attitude. But all they have is warmth and sincerity inside themselves.

#They are very creative, there is always a touch of their own style in whatever things they might do. They draw the inspiration from the source.

#They are prone to too much anxieties and fear. They impose unreasonable standards on themselves and when they fail to achieve it, they sink into depression. This makes their life hell.

Solution:

#The first lesson to learn is to remain detached to criticisms. With some efforts they might remain detached to appreciation, but when it comes to criticism they cant take it. They just have to learn to develop thick skin. Being balanced is not only handling appreciation but also handling your criticism. Learn to gracefully accept your defeat. Graceful landing is better than a dreadful crash.

#They have huge reservoirs of energy. They have to regulate their energy and it is possible with intense physical conditioning and breathe work everyday. And also they should focus on nutrition therapy.

#The best way to stop a pendulum swinging through extremes is by keeping it in the center instead of swinging them to the opposite. In the same way the best way to deal with the mind is not through burden of extreme discipline, sacrifice and mind control, but by balance and it is achieved through moderation in everything. Right effort, right sleep, right fasting, right enjoyment nothing in extremes.

#Practice affirmations, visualization, keep a gratitude journal. 11's are great at manifesting.

#If you believe in a form of universal power, or God. Shower all your devotion on his feet. Pray with devotion. Surrender and devotion is the greatest of all paths. If you are a person of simple mind and innocence you can follow this path.

#Most of the time 11 people are mixed bag, they can't stick to a single path, they are like the strange mads at the market place. The best way to deal then is bring out the best from every path, such as discipline, devotion, awareness, courage , love, surrender and using according to your frequencies. Sometimes you might feel the emotions rushing inside you then you should surrender with devotion. Sometimes when you feel that your intelligence is sharp you should observe yourself without criticism or conclusion. And strangely sometimes you sense the feeling of love then you should love yourself more intensely.

And yeah all kinds of phenomenon exists inside 11! Instead of criticizing yourself as not firm or confused. Take the advantage from your emotions and mind energy variations.

#Also learn to accept yourself and your failures, stop being serious, Seriousness is the greatest disease, count your blessings, learn relaxation, cut the shit of comparison.

#Take a week time relax and decide 3 Goals. One is your personal Goal/Career Goal. Second one being your relationship Goal. Third being a mixture of all which benefits both you and the whole of humanity. Keep a Vision board and read it again and again, work for it. Remember that the motto is not finding a purpose in life, but is to keep you intensely focused on the Journey of life.

#Sometime you need to train yourself to be like a free diver. Just like the way the divers stay calm in the scary deep water, holding their breath, making themselves calm and relaxed during those uncomfortable moments. Train yourself to get comfortable with discomfort step by step. Learn to create your own heaven in the city of hell. That's the way to freedom, courage and self reliance.

#Keep a register for your caffeine intake or anything you are habituated to. Write it down the number of times you indulge in the first week. Then keep a target of 5 cups a week, then reduce it to 4 cups a week and start gradually reducing. And bringing to 1 cup a week.

#Since your brain gets overwhelmed avoid watching stuffs that take away your focus like reels, random videos. Start your day always with a journal.

#Bring aggression to your approach. (Not arrogant/unjust) Be aggressive don't be ashamed to be aggressive. There is no virtue in being weak. Be aggressive fight, win become rich, Be competitive, empowered then go beyond aggression. There is no virtue in poverty. Like an adult who finally abandons his childhood toys. Once you achieve a superior stability in your life, learn to go beyond aggression. If you don't touch your aggressive dimension, there will always be a part of you that is unaddressed and polluted. Aggression, competitiveness is like a starter in a dish. To bring that fiery appetite. Don't make the starter the whole menu.

Always remember this order Weakling -Warrior - Mystic.

Hope this helps you.

I used to think having master number 11 was a curse, too, because of all the emotional ups and downs. But once I got a proper reading from trusted-psychics.co.uk, it helped me see the positive side of that number. It’s intense, yeah, but it also means you’ve got strong intuition and potential. I just needed some guidance to make sense of it all.

I tried to search through AI, but I still need some clarifications.

I set my phone to remind me to meditate for 11 minutes every morning before going to work and every evening before sleeping. I don’t know why I chose 11 minutes instead of 10, which I was considering initially.

Does meditation help you stay grounded when life feels intense or overwhelming?

Does meditation help you stay grounded when life feels intense or overwhelming?
I've recently started meditating every morning and evening, and so far, I've found it really helpful, especially when life feels intense or overwhelming. I've been focusing on just observing my thoughts without judgment, and it's been a calming experience for me. It feels like a small sanctuary that allows me to pause and reconnect with myself. While I’m still new to it and don’t have a lot of experience yet, I can definitely see how meditation may help many people feel more grounded in challenging times. Have you tried meditating or found other practices that help you in those moments?

While I’m still new to it and don’t have a lot of experience yet, I can definitely see how meditation may help many people feel more grounded in challenging times. I was meditating on something I don’t remember the exact content of. Maybe it was my breath, which I will assume. As usual I was drifting in and out of attention, and I had been in a longer bout of inattention and was absorbed in thought. Then suddenly my consciousness was pulled back onto my breath. Somehow, my consciousness was divided and part of it was still aware of my thoughts. I was able to watch what happened from a higher point.

An instant after my consciousness fixed on my breath, my thoughts told me something like, “I am meditating on the breath”. The crucial part for the realization was that there was a delay. I had already been meditating before I was thinking about it, and this showed me that my consciousness somehow preceded the thinking. Furthermore, this “I” that my thoughts spoke of felt so alien. My thoughts were like a person watching a movie and describing out loud what was happening, and this thinking “I” was that person watching from the chair. I thought it was very silly. Whatever part of my being that was thinking, it was not the same thing as my consciousness, and the “I” in the chair was deluding himself into believing that he was somehow participating in the movie.

Since then, I have sometimes felt that the thinking brain is a mindless entity unnecessarilly putting labels on experiences, thinking that the words are the experience itself. The falsehood of this may be blatantly obvious to many, but to me, a person often absorbed in my own thoughts, this was strange indeed. I had had some notion of thoughts being of upmost importance, and that every problem could be solved with thinking. After this experience, this pretty picture started to seem a bit too rosy. This is not to say that thoughts and words are useless, they are far from it. It’s just that thoughts can feel very important, but in actuality, they often are not. Sometimes it’s important to know that thoughts only constitute a part of reality, and that experience neither starts nor ends with thoughts.

I’ve read that having 11 can feel overwhelming sometimes because it makes you super sensitive and emotional, and if you don’t handle it well, it can lead to anxiety or confusion.
I totally get how the intensity of 11 can feel like a lot sometimes it’s like your emotions and intuition are dialed up to max! It’s okay to feel overwhelmed, but there are ways to make it more manageable. Try grounding yourself with things like a quick meditation, a walk, or even jotting down your thoughts to clear the mental fog. Setting some emotional boundaries can also help, like noticing when you’re picking up on others’ vibes instead of your own. Maybe find a creative outlet like drawing or music to channel those big feelings

I’ve found people with Master Number 11 can feel super overwhelmed because they sense and pick up on energies more than others. I had a similar experience and got some clarity after chatting with someone from www.trusted-psychics.co.uk. They really broke it down in a simple way and helped me stop overthinking it. It’s not about being cursed or unlucky—it’s just a lot of energy to manage sometimes.

That makes total sense Master Number 11 often have heightened intuition and sensitivity, which can feel like a flood of energy that's tough to navigate. It’s great you found clarity through that conversation! Managing that intensity often comes down to grounding techniques or setting energetic boundaries.
