The causes of anger are complex and to mention a few in brief are;
1. Parental Example [Parents have influence on personality development throughout childhood & adolescence.]
2. Cramped Cities [ As more and more people squeeze into crowded cities, the levels of anger and frustrations are likely to rise]
3. Economic Despair [The world`s economic meltdown has sparked widespread stress and anxiety]
4. Prejudice and Injustice [People get angry when they face barriers that limit their access to jobs, education, housing, and other basic necessities. - Ecclesiastes 4:1]
5. The Entertainment Industry [Media violence has impact on children and media portrays violent anger as an acceptable way to deal with adversity]
6. Influence of Wicked Spirit [Satan and demons take advantage of our sinful tendencies by tempting us to engage in enmities, strife, jealousy,fits of anger e.t.c - Galatians 5:19-21]

HOW TO KEEP ANGER UNDER CONTROL? - Psalm 37:8
1. Reduce Anger`s Intensity [Slow down and relax, try to avoid saying the first thing that comes to mind, Pray. - Proverbs 17:14, Proverbs 26:20]
2. Learn to Relax [Proverbs 14:30]
#Practice deep breathing
#Immerse yourself in something you enjoy e.g reading e.t.c
#Exercise regularly and eat a healthful diet
3. Adjust Your Expectations [Change the way you think about people or something, control your reactions to them - Romans 3:10,12, James 3:2, Ecclesiastes 7:20]
NOTE:As imperfect humans, we all get angry from time to time. But how we express our anger is a matter of choice. (Ephesians 4:26). By controlling our anger, we can express our feelings in a positive way, a way that works for the benefit of everyone involved.
