Try reinstalling the firmware using Nokia Suite/Nokia PC Suite. It will install the genuine software for the phone and along with it the certificates will get installed.

This usual happens una po irostore sim [ especial this model and its siblings ] . hua inapoteza certificates zote .. what are certificates .. ? its some kind of a policy / restricting feature ambayo inaruhuhusu installations of apps only approved by manufacturer .. [ for more please Google .. ]

Now do this and your phone itapata uwezo wa kuinstall app yoyote ..

1 . Download the file I have attached below or here

2 . Extract utakuta folder lililopakiwa list ya all certificates zinazohitajika na sim yako ..

3 . this files are compiled in some tiny .der extensions.. Nokia default browser for some reason haitambui mafail ya aina iyo .. [ your model .. Duno about others ]

4 . Download OxyCube only kuanzia Version 4.5 and above .. all other version below hazisupport X2-01 nokia toys . Here is the Link

5 . Fanya Installation then run it .. Plug your X2-01 . then on the top left bar click on Run Connection Wizard . run the wizard with instruction mpaka umalize kuconnect sim yako

6 . With your phone connected go to select ( Top left corner ya OxyCube ) .. then File Browser , then hidden browser - > certificates -> User { Copy all the certificates here } then restart your phone ..

Install app unayotaka .. 😎

Kama huon hidden browser .. from the program go to tools -> option [located on top left bar ] navigate to file browser -> then tick show hidden files and folders

Oh sorry forgot to say u need a computer .. Oxycube is a computer program for managing various models of mobile phones .. either way you will need a computer .. Updating via Nokia Care au My solution .. and via OTA [ Over the Air ] itakucost pia data .. .there is another solution ila to be honest sijawahi ijarib so I don't know if it works or not .. ..

Download ilo file la certificates ..
Download any file manager ..
Extract the files in one of the folders kwenye memory card yako
then start changing the files from .der to .cer afu tumia browser kuinstall izo certificates .. try to use opera or UC browser ..
