What sort of freedom will we have in the afterlife?

Many religions teach life after death: after our life in the world, we have another life in heaven.

This is a doctrine common to most religions in the world.

I find it hard to understand how we will be in heaven: with our freedom to choose what we want!

If we continue to be free, how can we be sure that evil will not happen again in heaven?
