A group of scientists in Vienna, Austria have launched a plan to create a peaceful nation of its kind that would have Asgardia name.
The nation will be created in outer space, location.
Details on the website of the scientists say the nation will be outside the control of any of the states now and will be in the circumference of the Earth, an area of aviation on the world around.
The scientists plan to firing the first satellite, establishing the nation, at the end of next year.
Hopes for these professionals is that one day soon it will be recognized by the United Nations.
But some experts doubt the possibility of a deal to succeed given that international law prevents states claim ownership of outer space.
"Citizens" of Asgardia, which will be examined carefully before being accepted, eventually will be offered even a passport, says Lena de Winne, one of the chief officers of the project who worked for 15 years at the Agency Aviation Top of Europe (EPA).

The project is led by the International Organization of Aerospace Research Center, which was founded by a Russian scientist, who is also a businessman, Dr. Igor Ashurbeiyli.
Competitions are being planned to determine the flag and the national anthem of the new country.
Professor Sa'id Mosteshar, director of the Institute for Policy and Law Aviation On London, said it would be difficult to Asgardia recognized as a nation given that will not be tied to any sovereign nation on earth, and 'citizen' many will be ground.
Already more than 50,000 people have submitted online applications wanting to become a citizen of that nation.

Tayari zaidi ya watu 50,000 wamewasilisha maombi mtandaoni kutaka kuwa raia wa taifa hilo.
