Your name has finally successfully been selected to be among 60 applicants who will attend ONE MONTH Secretarial Capacity Building Training Session in either Dar es salaam, Mwanza, Arusha, Tabora, Morogoro or Iringa, from 15th April

Please you are requested to Contribute Tsh 50,000/= in covering for training costs- (Breakfast, Lunch, Certificates of Training, Field Study Visiting Costs, registration processes for Tanzania Personal Secretary Association membership, Learning Materials and Emergencies).
Send your Training Cost Contribution (Tsh 50,000/=) to New Recruits Coordinator, Mr Joel Mbarouk via 0764099458 and 0713200730. Ensure that you use your registered phone number to send your money, and you are urged NOT to delete the M-Pesa or Tigo-Pesa feedback text message after sending your contribution. Submit your Cost Contribution immediately from now before March, 2014 to avoid unnecessary disturbances. ONLY those contributed for the mentioned cost contribution shall be contacted for training and provided with access to all schedules before training due date.
Remember to come with your original certificates during the training
SJA will NOT be responsible to offer accommodation during the training, you have to arrange your own Accommodation· Other transportation costs will be claimed from your employer after starting the job, you have to keep in mind that all the related receipts have to be carefully stored for future refund from your employer.

Since our company will not be responsible for accommodation costs, when sending your certificates- it will be worthwhile letting us know your schedule and the region of preference where you can best attend our training when the time arrive on the 15 april, so that we can reschedule the location where you can attend the training. The training will be conducted in Mwanza, Dar, Iringa, Arusha, Singida and Morogoro.

After the completion of secretarial training and passing of our aptitude tests you will be employed as Community Project Secretary and Field office administrator (International NGO operating in Dar, Arusha, Morogoro,Mwanza and Iringa-Tanzania ). As a recruiting agent, the information about our client is still confidential between our company and our client until after the training to avoid bureaucracy and favoritism; it is my hope that this will remain the way it is until when all the employment procedures between our company and our client (your future employer) will be finalized.
