Ni kawaida sana kwenye jamii kuwepo na wachambuzi mbalimbali wenye uwezo wakujadili mambo kwa kina!!

Hawa watu ni muhimu haswa kwenye mambo yanayogusa taifa via Media na Kwenye mitandao ya kijamii..

Nadhani watu wengi tumeshawasikia hawa Jamaa Wawili.

Kati yao ni Nani ambaye huwa unamkubali zaidi na unapenda kumsikiliza zaidi.

Coordinator-Governance&Capacity Building
Deus Msipotwa Kibamba is currently working
at the Economic and Social Research
Foundation as Coordinator of Governance and
Capacity Building.

He has 10 years of
experience in the Civil Society as Policy and
Budget Analyst, Researcher, Communicator and
trainer; having worked for the Tanzania Gender
Networking Programme [TGNP] in the Activism,
Lobbying and Advocacy Programme from 2003
-2007; FARM AFRICA, UK in Tanzania as
Communications Officer until 2003 and before
that as. Programme Officer for the Land Rights
Research and Resources Institute [LARRI/
HAKIARDHI] between 1998 and 2002.

As a Social Researcher, Mr. Kibamba has held
Research Assistantship positions for UMATI
[Family Planning Association of Tanzania],
REDET [Research and Education for Democracy]
and the University of Sheffield between 1994
and 2002. He has interest and expertise in
policy research and Analysis having
participated extensively in areas related to
social and political economy; economic justice,
governance, democratization and human/
political rights including electoral processes.

He is a holder of a Masters degree in
International Studies from the University of
Sheffield, UK (2002), having previously
graduated from the University of Dar es
Salaam�s Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences
in 1998.

In 2002, Mr. Kibamba co-authored a Land
Rights Training Manual and has since produced
and published a good number of articles ,
proposals, papers and reports some featuring
in the local and international print media. He
is an active member of the Royal African
Studies Association of the UK (ASAUK) and
Former Fellow and Alumni of the British
Chevening Programme of the Foreign and
Commonwealth Office, FCO as well as
practicing Alumni of the Netherlands
 
HUMPHREY POLEPOLE
...
Humphrey Polepole is the current Secretariat
Director of the Tanzania Youth Coalition
(TYC), the biggest youth movement in Tanzania.
He is also the Steering Committee Member of
the Sustainability Watch Network under
Tanzania Coalition on Sustainable
Development (TCSD).

He has recently been
elected to join the Steering Committee of the
Social Watch preparation at the East African
sub-region and is a member of Policy Advisory
Board of MS Tanzania . Polepole has held
several positions at local, national, and
international levels in the civil society and in
the United Nations as a United Nations
Environment Programme Associate Youth
Advisor for Africa. Several times, he has been
part of the United Republic of Tanzania (URT)
government delegation, attending high-level
meetings at the United Nations Framework
Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
He has also served the World Youth
Organization on Climate Change as a
Southern region youth representative.

In
addition, Polepole has taken an active role in
the Rio+10 NGO process in the South and is a
Chair of the East African Youth Coalition (EAYC)
on Sustainable Development. He has taken a
lead role in several reviews of policies,
including the National Strategy for Growth
and Reduction of Poverty (NSGRP) and the post
review and evaluation process for the
Johannesburg Summit, focusing on the
Tanzania Rio+10 partners and the East African
Rio+10 NGO Coalition participation.

He was
selected to join a six people taskforce to
anticipate the future of the sustainable
development NGO process in East Africa, being
the youngest member of the team. He has
worked on policy issues as an analyst at local,
national, and international levels.

Furthermore,
he is a trainer on research methodologies and
has conducted trainings on Participatory Rural
Appraisal (PRA), Appreciative Inquiry (AI), and
Participatory Learning and Action for
Community Development (PLA-CD)

Humphrey Polepole participated in Act 1's
workshop with the paper "Third World
Underdevelopment, Foreign Aid and AIDS
Policies as a Legacy of Colonialism: Challenges
and Opportunities.

Kibamba mzuri ingawa sijawai msikiliza ,kwanini nimesema mzuri sababu hatumiki na chams kma polepole.
 
Wote washanunuliwa na ccm,mchambuzi Bora ni Albania mathias mgombea ubunge Moro mjini kupitia chadema.
