I real appreciate the effort of vodacom Tanzania in different angle. but I start asking my self to which business are they in? OK that's not an issue to think much as far to the best of my knowledge they are in the telecommunication industry.

Huwa na najiuliza hawa VODACOM wanania njema na mtanzaia wa kawaida au ndo kutuangamiza wanatanzaia? Wana JF naomba mnisaidie, mnalionaje hili?

Na ukituma kwenye unregistered namba ndo kuna charges tofauti kutokana na kiwango unachotuma, HIZo ni business strategy kwamba km kuna mtu unamtumia mara kwa mara utashawishika kumshawishi na yeye ajiunge na Mpesa ili mtumiane pesa kiurahisi. Wanachohitaji watu ni huduma bora wala haijalishi ni nani anaetoa whether is a banker or Vodacom it doesn't matter. Kuhamisha mpaka shilingi 500,000 unalipia sh. 200 tu na wala hawana gharama kubwa kama unavyotaka tuamini. Mfano, Dar Express wanacharge 10% ya hela unayosafirisha na hawana mtandao wa kuaminika kama MPESA
Badala ya kulalamika ungekuja na ubunifu wako utoe huduma kama hiyo kwa bei nzuri zaidi ili uwasaidie hao watanzania wa kawaida. Una maana gani unapohoji kama wana nia njema wakati wanakupa huduma unaweza kumtumia mzazi, mtoto au mhitaji yeyote hela na akazipata kwa muda mfupi tu?
