Likizo moja niliitwa sehem kwenye kazi.Nikafanya majaribio kama GM.Ni sehem ndogo ina kama staff 16.Wananipa malazi na Chakula kwa mda ambao nipo kazini.nafanya kazi ninavojisikia.Ni sehem ya kujituma mwenyewe sio kutumwa.Kwa muda mchache mwenye kampuni kaupenda ufanisi wangu.Changamoto ni cheo kikubwa mshahara mdogo.Mshahara wa Kama GM umepungua 20% zaidi ya ninakofanya kazi kama junior staff.Jamaa ananisumbua sana.Nijiunge na kampuni yake.Pia sina Elimu kubwa ya ku apply kampuni ingine kama GM kama nikitoka hapa nitakua na uzoefu tu.Pia hapohapo kuna staff wana Elim ya juu na uzoefu kunizidi.

Sina tamaa ndio mana katika tafakari zangu nikaona hii ni sehem sahihi kupata ushauri na kama una tija kwa nini nisiuchukue.
Kampuni nilioko nina mwaka wa nne sijawai kuona amoung of us mtu ame grow.Department niliyopo ni mimi peke yangu nimetoka kwenye makampuni mengine.Waliobaki wametoka vyuo wakapata mafunzo hapa wakapata na ajira.isipokuwa managers na supervisors.Superstar wapo wengi hawaonekani kabisaa.Wanakuja vijana tunawa train wakijua wanalipwa sawa na sisi(si sawa)Supervisors na managers wanakuja hawajui kitu tunawafanza wanalipwa zaidi yetu.Wakati mwingine tuko likizo wanakwama wanatupigia simu tunawasaidia.

Ninakotoka ni sehem ya kula uniforms.Supervisors waindi tupu.Hakuna wanachojua.Ni sehemu tunayoshindwa peana fursa watanzania kwa watanzania tunabaki ongozwa na wageni kwa kila jambo.Sababu hatujitumi,wavivu,wambea na majungu,chuki,husuda,ushirikina n.k..Mi ni mtu napigaga kazi zangu sina mazoea.Habari za kufatana nyuma si maind

Bora aman lakini na pesa iko na umuhim wake.Cheo kikubwa,koti kubwa umechomekea,ofisin ma computer unapulizwa na AC.Jina kubwa boss ila malipo madogo pia ni changamoto
