The embarrassing news to the US President Barack Obama, that his boys have been misbehaving in Bogota Colombia must have been very painful for the first black American president.

it is unheard of for the whole detail of the advance party to be involved in a sexual orgy for one of the most powerful states in the land, the US of A.
Details for the incident are now streaking in from newsrooms all over the world that 12 secret service men that formed an advanced party for the US President, had the services of prostitutes in Bogota, Colombia, where prostitution is legal.
The problem arose when one of the men refused to pay for the service, upon which the prostitute complained to the police.
The Police did their lawful duty of bringing the complaint to the attention of the US Embassy Secret service for action on the men.

My take:
Truly the cold war is over and all the presidents secret service men are having all the fun in the world.
This would have been unheard of only 20 years ago, when the KGB was fully operational and agents were liquidated and neutralised(on both sides) on daily basis.
