The morning one before taking anything.

Helps to increase the blood immune cells in the body, Also cure skin diseases i.e rushes, fungus if urine is applied on the affected skin.

Note: Has to be your own early morning urine

The morning mid stream , one hour before you eat anything. It cures many decease and soften the skin. It can be drunk or externally sparingly applied before bathing . Wash your body with your urene .
