Most people use a toothbrush every day, but many rarely think about when it should be replaced. Over time, toothbrush bristles become worn out and less effective at removing plaque and food particles from the teeth and gums. As the bristles fray, they can no longer clean properly, which may affect overall oral hygiene.
What about you? How often do you replace your toothbrush, and what makes you decide it's time for a new one?
