UNESCO/Czech Republic Co-Sponsored Fellowships Programme – Academic Year 2009-2010

The Government of the Czech Republic is offering two (2) fellowships for undergraduate studies (Bachelor’s and Master’s study programmes) for the academic year 2009-2010 within the framework of the UNESCO Co-Sponsored Fellowships Programme.


These fellowships are intended for candidates interested in pursuing long-term studies in different universities in the Czech Republic for a maximum duration of 3 to 6 years.

Privileging the fields of study, which are essential in fighting poverty, the Czech authorities encourage applicants to pursue studies in hydrology, geology, environmental sciences, life sciences, health services, medicine, agriculture, forestry, technical sciences, economics, and engineering. Selection will be made on a competitive basis.
