Minister of defence of Ukrainian forces has noted on Friday the strengthening its military with nuclear arsenal to counter attack its neighbours like Russian invasion in Crimea. He added that "before the collapse of USSR of which Ukraine was a semi-state unit within, Ukraine had an arsenal approximately 650 active war heads of which were surrendered to Russia after cold war.
