NMB ni Benki nzuri iliyoenea Tanzania na kwa maana hiyo ni kimbilio la wananchi wa kawaida na wenye kipato cha chini. Pamoja na hayo kuna baadhi ya kero ambazo si za lazima lakini baadhi ya watumishi wa NMB wanazifanya kuwa za lazima na hivyo kutufanya wateja wake kupoteza muda mwingi kutatua matatizo ambayo hayatokani na wateja.

Ikiwa January 2013 nilikerwa na Customer care Manager wa Tawi la Kenyatta na nikalazimika kuachana nae na kupanda First Floor kumtafuta Branch Manager ndo nikakutana na mtumishi mmoja wa Bank ambaye alionesha kugushwa na tatizo langu na akanielekeza chumba cha Branch Manager pale Kenyatta. Nikashuka kuonana na Branch Manager lakini juhudi zangu hazikufanikiwa kwa maana muda wangu ulikuwa limited na tayari kulikuwa na mtu ndani ambaye kwa haraka haraka alichukua takiribani 1hrs akiongea na Manager hivyo nikaamua kuondoka. Tatizo langu lilitatuliwa kwa urahisi sana na Customer Care Manager wa Branch nyingine.

Nilidhani ni mimi tu lakini kumbe tupo wengi..kuna ndugu yangu ambaye kwa mujibu wa kazi yake lazima mshahara wake upitie NMB lakini ajabu ni kwamba juzi amekuta salio la Akaunti yake lina -650,000Tsh. Katika harakati za kufatialia akaambiwa pesa imetolewa pale Kenyatta road branch. Sasa badala ya Bank kumsaidia, amezungushwa mara Misungwi Branch, mara kachukue PF3 Polisi lakini baada ya kupata PF3 anaambiwa hawezi kusaidia mpaka Polisi mwenye faili lake ndo aende ili aonyeshwe picha za yule aliye withdraw pesa yake...lakini kama tunavyowajua Polisi wetu nadhani ndugu yangu hajaelewa nini Polisi anataka maana anapigwa danadana hadi amechoka lakini tukumbuke hiyo ndiyo akaunti yake ambayo mshahara wa Serikali unapitia, sasa sijui kama mshahara wa mwezi huu utasalimika.

Kesi kama ya huyu ndugu yangu pia imewahi kumkuta rafiki yangu ambaye pesa yake 200,000/= pia ililambwa pale Mlimani City lakini kwa staili ile ile ya kuelezwa aende polisi, ni kweli alienda Majumba Sita lakini kwa kuwa Polisi aliyepewa kufuatilia hiyo kesi nae alitaka kupewa kitu kidogo, basi huyu rafiki yangu alilazimika kusamehe mpaka leo.

Lakini kama siyo double standard ni nini? maana kuna jamaa aliibiwa pesa pale pale NMB Kenyatta ATM lakini hakuambiwa kuliport Polisi bali yeye aliambiwa kwenda kwenye Tawi lake la NMB ili akapate Bank Statment na aipeleke kwa Branch Manager na ndani ya siku tatu akapigiwa simu kuwa pesa yake imerudi.

Jamani binafisi hii connection na Polisi wetu inakera sana na mwisho wa siku tunapoteza zaidi. ni bora Bank ikaangalia namna zingine sahihi za kutatua kesi zao bila kuwatumia hawa watu wanaitwa Polisi au kuwe na mawasiliano kati ya Benki na Polisi na isiwe Polisi na Mteja.

Hivi mshahara wa mtumishi wa uma lazima upitie NMB ?

Mimi ni mwajiriwa wa private sector so natumia bank za kigeni zisizo na longo longo..

Mzazi wangu ni mtumishi wa Uma Tanesco miaka mingi tu alikuwa anatumia NBC, baada ya kuona huduma zao hazileweki, alibadilisha mshahara wake upitie bank nyingine za kigeni na akafanikiwa..

Sio lazima mtumishi wa serikali kutumia NMB.. Kama unaona mizinguo hama Bank, ela ya kwako kwa nini upate mateso..

Ukienda tena tawi lolote la nmb omba namba za simu za headoffice,wapigie waeleze tu unavyozinguliwa.kisha subiri kama dk 2,utaona matokeo yake.kitu fasta...
Kwani matatizo ya mtu mmoja mmoja isiwe tabu kwako kupata huduma nzuri inayotelewa na bank hiyo.

mimi ndio maana niliamua kufunga account kwa sababu ya kuzinguliwa kwa mambo ya ajabu sasa hata ukipiga simu mara zote utakuwa wewe mtu7 wa kuwasiliana makao makuu wakati huduma ziko karibu na wewe

ila ukae unafahamu tanzania hakuna benki nzuri inayotoa huduma kwa wateja kwa ufanisi tofauti na benki za kigeni

Nina akaunti NMB, NBC na hata CRDB. Am very happy with CRDB kwasababu kila mwisho wa mwezi wananipatia report ya akaunti yangu. Pia nikiwa Dar huwa nafarijika sana na huduma yao maaa hakuna kusimama foleni, unakaa tu na kusubiri kuitwa...kiekweli sijawahi kupata tatizo na CRDB ila mara moja tu katika tawi la KAHAMA ambapo speed yao ilikuwa very very slow ever! Just that. Siwezi nikahama NMB kwasababu nikiwa kijijini kwetu ni NMB pekee inayopatikana huko. Lakini mbona kuna matawi ya NMB wako shapu???

Mimi kama banker nmb wanakera sana niliwahi kwenda kuwashitaki pale Bank (BOT) il nikagundua hata wao Bank wanashindwa kusimami hiz bank mfano. Mim wakat fulan atm zili CR akaunt yangu kwa maana nimechukua hela japo sijachukua ila nikaenda pale nmb bank house akaniambia nisubiri baada ya siku 3 watakuwa wame DR ila sasa nilikaa wiki nzma no refund nakarudi pale yule customer service officer akaniambia kijana hii itaweza kuchukua hata wiki4 duu nikashangaa sana ila nikamuuliza huwa hamfungi wala kuanza siku mpya kwenye atm machine zenu au hamuweki hela kwenye atm machine zenu mpaka wiki4 mzee/mmama kadua t il nilienda kwa meneja with in 30 minutes ikawa wamerudisha so NMB wanakera hasa bank offers wao I think hawajui operation nyingi Za kibenk.

Matatizo ya baadhi ya bank yanalingana kiasi fulani NMB niliwahi kuna na account nikaifunga kwa matatizo wa wizi wa mara kwa mara kwenye account na kusubiri hizo siku 21.Stanchart Nao wana wizi kama wa NMB hasa watu wanaodaiwa kuwa wapo zambia then wanadraw pesa account za TZ hii bado haiingii kichwani japo wao muda wa kurudishiwa pesa ni 24 hrs.Barclays nao ni mchezo huo huo.

Mimi nadhani Mabenki wajaribu kutafuta mbinu/njia salama zaidi ya kudhibiti huu wizi wa ATM.
