When it comes to quality of living, Nairobi is miles away ahead of East Africa.
*All the best neighborhoods in East Africa with the best quality of living are in Nairobi.
*The largest middle class population in East Africa is in Nairobi.
*Plus, the best infrastructure is still in Nairobi.
On a general look, Kampala is ahead of Nairobi because it's actually too small. But on an average approach, Nairobi is way ahead of Kampala.
