Uganda votes: How presidential candidate are performing so far

According to the preliminary results announced by the Electoral Commission’s chairperson, Justice Simon Byabakama, after the polls closed, Mr Museveni had garnered at 14,232 votes so far cast, representing 61.7% of the 23,049 valid votes cast so far, while Mr Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi Wine, got 7,753 votes so far cast, representing 33.64%
