The suspects are accused of attacking occupants at a home while armed with pangas before making off with several items.
Police arrested the first suspect, identified as Kakoza Derrick, a motorcycle rider, on August 22, 2026. During a search of his home, police recovered some of the property reportedly stolen during the robbery.
The second suspect was subsequently arrested as investigations into the robbery continued.
Police are continuing with inquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding the attack, recover any remaining stolen property and identify any other individuals who may have been involved.
