Mwanamke kama huyu hana hata nafasi kutosha ya kushiriki kwenye shughuli za kiuchumi kwa kuwa muda mwingi ni mjamzito au yuko busy kuangalia watoto.

Kama ni msaada, basi msaada huo uwe kwa Watanzania wote wanaoishi katika mazingira kama ya Anna. Suala hapa ni kipi kifanyike? Dawa ni kuwaondoa madarakani watawala wasio wajali wananchi wao. Period!!!

INVITATION FOR TENDER

1. Ludewa District Council has received financial from Development Partners and the Government of United Republic of Tanzania towards the cost of Construction of piped Water Supply for Mbwila and
Ilininda Villages Tender No. LGA/030/2010-2011/W/98 and intends to apply part of the portion of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for Bid is issued.

2. The District has now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified Piped system and Civil works contractors registered or capable of being registered in CLASS VII and above for carrying out the following works:-

LOT 01: CONSTRUCTION OF PIPED WATER SUPPLY FOR MBWILA VILLAGE IN LUDEWA DISTRICT COUNCIL UNDER RURAL WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION SUB PEOGRAMME.

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2004 and the Public Procurement (Goods, Works, Non Consultancy Service and Disposal of public Assets by Tender) Regulations 2005 – Government Notice No. 97 and are open to all eligible bidders, Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the

Bidding documents at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board, Ludewa District Council, and P.

O. Box 19, Ludewa, Tanzania, Email: deludewa@yahoo.com from 7:30 am to 3:30pm Monday to

Friday inclusive except on public holidays.

4. Qualification requirements include: legal status (including registration with the Ministry of Water and Irrigation and CRB) of the bidder, proposed major equipments for carrying out the civil works qualifications and experience of key personnel for administration execution of the contract, proposed sub contractors and firms involved (if any) and financial status of the bidder.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English, in hard copy and additional sets may be purchased

by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tshs 100,000 (Tanzania Shilling

One Hundred Thousand) or its equivalent, payment should either be by Cash, Banker's Draft, or Banker's Cheque, payable to the District Executive Director, Ludewa District Council P. O. Box
19, Ludewa.

6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 3% of the bid prince for tender No. LGA/030/2010-

2011/W/98

7. All bids in one original plus three copies, properly filled in, and enclosed shall be submitted at or before 15:30 HRS on 12th May, 2011 Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened promptly at 15:30 Hrs on Thursday 12th May, 2011 in public and in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend in personal at the Ludewa District Council, Head Office.
