This company has limited lines which few cutomers uses yet they don't attend to faults occurs, you haven't exeperienced loss of customers yet, so as you can run for them to serve?

In Kunduchi area Mbezi exchange there are phones not working like six months now, everyday we call customer care, we are given to talk to their engineers, we don't know engineers or technicians or artisans God forbid, yet is like a ball.

May we know is there organ monitoring faults reported? with this globalization technology world are you sure gonna be there for five years to come with this spirit/attitude of yours?

Where do you guys get this arrogance to your own limited/few customers left?
