True friends are like stars you can only recognize them when its dark around you

Fake friends are like shadows
They walk beside you in the light 💡
They smile when you shine
They praise when you are rising.

But when darkness falls they vanish
When you stamble they stay silent
When you need support they disappear.

Real friendship isn't proven by presence in your good times but by loyalty during your storms. Any one can clap when you win but who still shows up when you are blocken? Who stays when you have nothing to give?

To often we confuse proximity for loyalty, words for truth, and appearance for depth but time.. time always reveals people. A hard season will expose what a comfortable season can hide.

So be thankful not just for the real ones who stayed - but also for the fake ones who left.

They taught you discernment
They showed you your strength
They cleared space for people who genuinely care.

Protect your energy, choose your circle wisely, be slowly to label someone a friend
That title should be earned not given freely.

And remember sometimes solitude is safer than shallow company and peace is better than pretending.
