He is said to have given her a $500,000 ring - which she was not wearing yesterday.
Shaq was previously married to Shawnie O' Neal with their seven year marriage ending in 2009. He has five children from three different relationships.
Shaquille is currently on a one year contract at the Boston Celtics which is believed to be his last year before retirement.
He has previously played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Phoenix Suns, Miami Heat, Los Angeles Lakers and the Orlando Magic.
