Three Arrested Over iPhone Theft at King Saha Show

Kampala Metropolitan Police South, through Nateete Police Division, has arrested three suspects in connection with the theft and possession of a suspected stolen iPhone 11.

The arrests followed a video circulating on social media showing a woman crying after her mobile phone was reportedly stolen during King Saha’s show in Kololo on August 15, 2026.

Police launched intelligence-led inquiries and arrested Lubwama Abud, alias Mafia, who reportedly confessed to stealing the iPhone 11 and selling it to Ssentongo Joseph.

Police say investigations are ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding the theft and identify other people who may have been involved.
