Kuna jamaa nadhani wa idara ya habari na mahusiano pale ikulu ambaye angelipenda tuamini ya kwamba Shujaa wake JK ni kiongozi bora ambaye hata huko kimataifa kapata alama ya juu sana ('B-') kwa waliomfanyia tathmini ya uongozi wake.

Hiyo alama hapo juu inamaanisha kwamba JK ni one of the 'Highest Quality Leaders' in the continent akishika namba 10 katika bara zima. Kwa mantiki hiyo, huyu kiongozi anapaswa awe ni mtu anayekubalika kweli kweli nchini mwake.
