Mazoezi ya uzi uliopita, haswa haswa ya kujivuta hua yanatengeneza mkono ambapo pale mkono hua unalengwa kama secondary muscle, ndiyo maana baadhi ya watu wanaweza wakapunguza idadi ya seti katika kila zoezi la mkono.

Pia baadhi ya watu hua wanaweza kuingia gyma na kufanya zoezi la mkono tu.

Naandaa thread ya kutengeneza mkono wa nyuma (triceps).
 
Napendekeza baada ya muda ukizoea routine. Uongeze uzito katika kila zoezi lililoainishwa hapa.

Pia haya mazoezi yote unaweza ukatumia dumbbells tupu bila hata kutumia barbell kokote.
 
NDIO hobby yangu,,,ila napenda squat kuliko maelezo,,,Leo nimegonga kg 150 full squat fully bench,, hapa mwili upo comfortable, ,,ila ili mwili ujengeke kula ni muhimu sana kuliko hata izo wanazoziita poda, mazoezi bila kula na kunywa maji ya kutosha, utamaliza poda zote sijui (creatine ,au wheyprotine)na hauto gain,,,,,, mlo muhimu,,,,na vidonge vya vitamin kama vile wanaviita GEMSOMNY vya kikorea
