Food for thoughts: How would you describe Tanzania as it relates to "heroes"... 1. "A nation without Heroes" 2. "A Nation with Forgotten Heroes" 3. "A Nation with Unsung Heroes" 4. "A Nation in Need of Heroes" or a 5. "A Nation with Many Heroes". I would like to write a short essay on the topic of heroes... MMM

The whole concept of heroes is becoming outdated.

The "great man history" is giving way to a more nuanced recognition of the everyday person.

But heroes usually are just "regular Joes".. just given an opportunity to do extraordinary things.. heroes are not extraordinary people, but ordinary people doing extra ordinary things.. so I think
