Sasa ni rasmi Wawekezaji wa sekta ya nyumba na ardhi (real sector investors) kutoka nje ya nchi wataruhusiwa kumiliki ardhi na nyumba kwa minajiri ya biashara ndani ya Tanzania kwa masharti yaliyowekwa.

Kwa mujibu wa taarifa ya jarida la Hamia Hapa.Com Sheria hiyo inakuja na masharti yanayotajwa kwenye Resident Permit Class A-C11.

Here are the requirements for buyers in special investment zones, such as the Fumba Town Development Project:

1. Police clearance from your home country or place of residence.

2. A recommendation or qualification letter from either the Zanzibar Investment Promotion Authority (for Zanzibar) or the Tanzania Investment Centre (for the mainland).

3. Proof that the property you’re buying is worth at least USD $100,000 ( both for properties purchased from resales and the off-plan sold ones, that come with flexible installment payment plans).

4. Certificate of occupancy or title deed for one or more properties within this price range.
