Hili swali nimejiuliza mara nyingi bila majibu, ila naomba leo mnisaidie kunipa mwanga wa majibu juu ya swali. Tafdhali nisaidieni.

Swali: Hivi Tanzania ni nchi changa au nchi kiwete?

Sikubaliani kabisa kusema Tanzania ni inchi changa.... Hio ni kujiendekeza! Tuna Miaka 50 ya Uhuru. Mda ambao ulikua muafaka kuweza Isongesha nchi mbele kama wenzetu walokua in the same positions 50 years ago mfano inchi za Asia. Sikubaliani na Neno Kiwete... How can we call ourselves Viwete while we are So RICH in Natural Resources ambazo zapatikana abundantly....

Labda nirudi kwako Ndyoko... What exactly were you thinking so that we think of a more appropriate word of defining our Nation in the lines of your Meandered thoughts?

Madam, you have even confused me more! Thinking of TZ race competition, I see TZ to be as good as a disabled who can't compete with the fittest. When you think of TZ in view of the way it does things, there is no distinction between it and toddlers. Viewing it in terms of professional and personnel, natural and physical resources we have and and compare them with level of development achieved, you may get problem to reach a conclusion.

Everyone you think is potential to pulling this country to a different level of success, when chosen to do so, does not perform to the expected level. We complain bad policies and legislations, wrong prioritisation of issues, outdated administrative systems..you name them! All these are happening at arm's length of citizens, the citizens are the ones who put the government in power, yet when it comes to making changes for their betterment, you become as good as extant people..........how would you name a country with people having mentality of this kind?

There are those who say this is African democracy! If that is the case, then one may be tempted to believe those who hold the opinion that to live in African country and be ruled by an African leader, is more of a curse than a glory!

Do we have to have to compare ourselves with others? Why don't we just poke ourselves and call a spade what exatly it is... a spade! We are not toddlers, we are what we are! Mature... mature in years but immature in actions, thoughts, Focus and ways of doing things.... If we do that, then it is a step to maturing and moving forward from this baby steps ambazo hatustahili tuwepo. Hatuwezi kuitwa/Kujiita wachanga na hali tumekomaa ila tu tumedumaa... Take note kudumaa si ukilema!

Well the thing is kila Mtanzania (hata mimi) twaweza saana kuongea.... Nikifikiri/Ukifikiri/Tukifikiri kweli what part are you/am I/ are we playing kwa kuweza toka hii stage tuliopo to the next forward? Kwamba Viongozi pekee ndio wako responsible (na our responsibility ni kupiga tu kelele na kulaumu) Inchi ambayo ina millions of people i-rely maendeleo on Viongozi walo wachache mno? Sisi wanachi nini twafanya? nafasi gani twacheza? Na kumbuka nafasi kua playing one's part sio tu kupiga porojo/kulaumu na kelele kwa Viongozi na madhaifu ndani ya Serkali.

Well I should Like to correct that.... To be in an African Country and be ruled with an African Leader with proper ideologies of democracy on paper and Improper democracy and related ideologies in action is a curse. We have some very few worthwhile African Leaders who were Great Leaders.... For instance Mandela... We had the late Steve biko... We had Mwl Nyerere... To mention but a few....

Tatizo letu kubwa ni UMASIKINI ambao unasababisha watu wajione kuwa hiyo ndiyo hali halisi ya maisha. There are lot of Tanzanians who have given up and take poverty as part of their life. When you tell somebody Tanzania can be and must be better than this, it doesnt sink in somebody's mind. Watawala wetu wanajua hili na ndo mtaji wao mkubwa kujinufaisha. Watanzania wangekuwa na hasira za kuwa na hali nzuri ya maisha, wangejua maana ya maendeleo ni nini, hata viongozi wetu wasingekuwa wanafanya wanayofanya na tungekuwa bora zaidi.
Hivyo basi sisi ni Viwete wa mawazo.

Tatizo sio umaskini in search labda umaskini wa akili., Taifa kama taifa lina miaka hamsini hivo kiumri sio changa nchi imejaaliwa maliasili nyingi, madini, ardhi kubwa yenye rutuba, mbuga za wanyama , maziwa makubwa, mito mingi, misitu mikubwa, rasilimali watu (40+ million people) hali nzuri ya hewa, utulivu wa kisiasa, ukanda mrefu wa pwani toka tanga mpaka mtwara and beyond of zanzibar, gas asilia, mlima mrefu wa pili duniani na wa kwanza africa., binadamu wa kwanza aliishi hapa (olduvai gorge-kivutio cha utalii0 Sasa huo umaskini upo wapi??? kinachokosekana ni akili na utashi wa kuvitumia kwa maslahi ya watanzania wote. ufisadi, wizi, ubinafsi vimekuwa ndio kikwazo na kutoa mianya mingi hata ya kimataifa ya kunyonya uchumi wetu na kutuacha maskini,sisi sio wachanga wala maskini only poor minded!!
