Bunge la wenzetu wasauzi wamepitisha 'Secrecy Bill' jana (angalia pdf attachment). Kelele zinaendelea itakuwa 'challenged' kwenye mahakama kuu ya katiba (Constitutional Court) (Chungulia hapa: Secrecy Bill: Black Tuesday 'not the end of the road' - News - Mail & Guardian Online.

Kwenye maswala haya ya siri za serikali na usalama wa taifa na mambo ya sheria zinazohusiana nayo, na 'oversight' ya bunge, n.k nadhani ni mambo muhimu sana kuyaangalia upya, hususani, kwenye huu mchakato wa 'kuupdate' katiba yetu.

Kwa mpendao sheria hii 'attachment' ndio sheria husika huko sauzi inayogusiwa na hii article.

Mwenye sheria za kwetu atuwekee tuchambue tujue njia za kuchukua iwapo mwananchi wakawaida hafanyiwi haki na maofisa watukutu ndani ya vyombo vya usalama! Tunaweza pia kuchambua mapungufu ya sheria tulizonano sasa na kuwapigia kelele wabunge wetu 'on plausible ammendments for future considerations'.
